Andee Harris is a dynamic executive, board member, and investor with a track record of scaling service and technology businesses, driving revenue growth, and leading companies through successful acquisitions. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, and HR technology, she has built and transformed high-growth companies across multiple industries.

Andee was previously CEO of Challenger, where she led the company through its latest phase of growth and strategic acquisition.  Before that, she served as CEO of Kazoo (formerly HighGround), steering it through its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners, and CRO/SVP of Sales and Marketing at Syndio, leading its market expansion. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Emerging Solutions, later acquired by Emtec, and held senior leadership roles at TMBC (acquired by ADP) and Accenture.

Currently, Andee is Chairperson of Assisi Pet Care, serves on the board of directors at ConData, Pavion, Chata.ai, and Vision Pursue, and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she teaches Launching and Leading Startups. She is also a member of YPO Chicago and serves on advisory boards for multiple high-growth companies.
