Mike Milburn is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling customer-facing teams at leading cloud companies. Positioned at the intersection of Sales and Product, he is passionate about transforming customer journeys to drive growth for high-growth SaaS firms and large enterprises.

​

During his 15-year tenure at Salesforce, Mike played a pivotal role in scaling Service Cloud as SVP & GM and later as Chief Customer Officer. He was also key in launching Salesforce Field Service, empowering major SaaS customers to expand globally.

​

Returning to his entrepreneurial roots, Mike now contributes to Swantide, an AI-driven platform that reduces the cost of Salesforce ownership. In addition, he advises and sits on the boards of several organizations, including EVPassport and Cadalys, Inc., while also guiding companies such as Replicant, data.world, and CIPIO.ai on go-to-market strategies, customer success, and growth initiatives.

His background as a tennis teaching pro laid the foundation for his love of mentorship, a passion that continues to shape his leadership style and the impact he makes across his portfolio companies.
